Tampa Homes For Sale Inventory Stabilizing?

Each week I check the number of residential properties for sale in the City of Tampa. This number has been increasing weekly since May 30th of this year usually at close to 100 new listings per week. In the last week inventory has remained fairly consistent with only 5 more listings over the previous 7 days. So maybe we will see a stabilization of the available inventory going forward. We are approaching a season in which inventory normally is reduced and this may be a factor.
