Our Tampa MLS home search site now allows users to filter out pre-foreclosure (short sale) and foreclosed properties. This makes it more simple for buyers who want to see those properties only, or for anyone to get a more clear picture of how many pre or post-foreclosures properties are for sale in any particular neighborhood or zip code. The properties that are listed on our search site are direct from our local MLS, which means that these properties are actively listed for sale. Many other foreclosure database sites list properties that are in foreclosure but may not neccessarily be actively listed for sale.
