From a (previously) prospective client:
After our visit to Tampa, my partner and I have decided not to relocate to Tampa from Tallahassee. Loved the downtown and culture, but all the concrete and lack of trees was depressing. I see why they say north Florida is the other Florida.
Thank you……”
How would you respond to that? Feel free to comment.

Hey Lenny
There are several places in and around downtown Tampa that have trees - Hyde Park, for instance.
However, if these people are unimpressed with that, it’s obvious they don’t want to live in this large a market. Tallahassee sounds about right for them, if not the Ocala Nat’l Forest. In other words, there is nothing you can do, and no way to respond.
Best of luck to ya…
Downtown and concrete go together, right? There are certainly no large, tree-covered green spaces right in downtown, but come on, Tampa is full of trees! Thanks Tommy.
