The first Sunday in April is upon us so it must be time for the 10th annual Old Seminole Heights Home Tour! Sponsored by the Old Seminole Heights Neighborhood association, this is the your chance to get at close up look at a few of the classic bungalows, four-squares, and other arts and crafts style homes of the neighborhood (more info).

Old Seminole Heights Heights is one of Tampa’s earliest neighborhoods. Developed in the early part of last century, Old Seminole Heights is bounded geographically by The Hillsborough River to the north and west, Hillsborough Avenue to the south, and 22nd street to the east. It also contaisn the area bounded by Hillsborough Avenue to the north, Florida Avenue to the west, I-275 to the east, and MLK Blvd to the south.
