Market conditions in Tampa continue the recent trend of more homes for sale with stable buyer activity. The amount of brokered listings on the market continues to rise as we move into the spring/summer home buying and selling season. In the last 7 days, 138 properties in the City of Tampa went under contract to be purchased, while 109 transactions closed. (Some Recent Sales)
