While the inventory of homes for sale in Tampa continues to rise, the sales activity is holding its own. In last 7 days, 116 properties went under contract and over 50 transactions closed in the City of Tampa alone.
And while prices have come down in recent months, many buyers are beginning to see value, and are stepping back into the market and taking advantage of some good opportunities.
