They do exist. Many believe that if you want a bay access home in the South Tampa area, you’ll pay $1 million dollars plus. while that’s fairly accurate, I’ve recently been keeping my eyes on a couple of canalfront homes with access to Tampa Bay and priced at under $500k. Granted, it’s not a great canal, has limited access, and these homes are both older and small, but they are both on 70′ x 110′ lots.

One is priced at $284.9k and is a 3/2 of 1134sqft while the other is priced at $450k and is a 4/2 of over 2000sqft.
