Darin,

The KWLS will surely be an asset for any KW agents. KW will have all of their associates' listings in their own database. And as the fourth largest brokerage firm in the country, this will be some valuable data for any website looking to market listings. It will also give KW the ability to route any prospective buyer leads back to the listing agent.

Once KW has its partnerships in place (soon), anyone listing a property with KW will have even better exposure across the web. It will also make it easier on agents with KW as we will not have to duplicate listing entries so much.

Great post and take on KWLS and the free-for-all that is taking place with third party listing sites. Do you see KWLS as an added service for you to give to your sellers? Will it give you a "one up" in a listing presentation?
